Wagrain is a small beautiful ski resort in the Austrian Alps. All ski lifts in the village are easily accessible by car but also with the free ski bus running through the winter. It's a family-friendly place, with great hotels, breakfast pensions and apartment houses. And excellent restaurants too. In terms of skiing, there are demanding World Cup slopes and plenty of cosy family runs and freestyle spots such as the Absolut Park. There's also a popular public swimming pool in town.
